Core Service
Psychiatric Rehabilitation
Program, PRP
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program provides behavioral, social, and recreational support in a group and individual settings. Practical life skills are offered in real life community environments. Opportunities are provided to learn independent living skills, interpersonal and social skills, behavioral self-management, and community adaptation.
Individualized Care
Personalized PRP Services
Adult PRP
Services that facilitate the individual’s recovery and restores independent living and social skills, including the ability to make decisions regarding: self-care management of symptoms, life, work, and community integration. Adults are paired with a counselor that interacts with them in the community at least twice per week. Adults are encouraged to participate in a group setting for motivational support.
Child & Adolescent PRP
PRP services for children and adolescents are designed to reduce symptoms and restore functioning in both the home and community. Our program focuses on fostering emotional resilience, improving daily life skills, and promoting social engagement. Youth are paired with a dedicated counselor who interacts with them individually or in a group setting for personalized support and effective wellness management.
