Referrals and Initiation of Services.
Referrals may be received from a variety of sources, such as Outpatient Behavioral Health Centers, Independent Licensed Clinicians, Physicians, Case Managers and from an Individual Consumer. Initiation of services begins after determining eligibility, need and willingness to participate.
